CoolSculpting: Freeze Your Fat Away.

Dr.Ginsburg, one of the leaders in the field of body contouring having performed thousands of liposuction procedures has added CoolSculpting as another means of fat reduction. It is safely targets and kills fat cells without harming the surrounding tissue. After the treatment, the body processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells.

We cam treat almost any area with excess fat. The most popular areas are the chin, arms, bra fat, abdomen, love handles, inner and outer thighs and arms.

During a body contouring consult we will discuss  the areas of concerns and which method is best for you.

In general, the main differences is that liposuction and smart lipo are performed under local anesthesia in the office. The procedure is safe, you are awake and can drive to and from the office. There is also no prolonged recovery and you can return to work and exercise within a day or two. Treatment is applied to large areas one session and only one treatment is needed to remove all or most of the fat. You will experience results immediately.

The number of areas that can be treated in one session varies according to their size and your body weight. Generally upper and lower abdomen can be done, or upper, mid and lower back.  You can do inner and outer thighs also.

Customized Treatment

During your consult Dr. Ginsburg will outline a treatment plan that fits your goals and budget.

CoolSculpting involves no pain, so we don’t need to use anesthesia.  A session on one area about the size of your hand  takes about 45 minutes. We can treat several areas can the same day. The cost depends on how many areas and treatments are needed.

CoolSculpting works best on small areas as only about 15-20 percent of the fat can be removed in a session. Multiple sessions may be needed on each area and the results are not immediate. They can take up to 60-90 days to see the full results.

As you can see there is not one treatment that fits all. It takes someone with experience at liposuction and non invasive fat removal to give you the most accurate and honest answer to your questions.
