Fatty acids present in the food help to moisturize the skin and keep it smooth and soft. Ensure to include foods in your diet such as almonds, walnuts, eggs, green tea, whole grain foods, shellfish, dark colored fruits and vegetables, etc.

a) Banana face pack
Mash a ripe banana to form a paste. Apply that paste on your wrinkled areas. Leave it for a half an hour and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Apply some moisturizer on your skin after washing it off.
b) Almond face pack
Soak some almonds in raw milk overnight. Grind them in the morning to make a paste. Apply that paste on your wrinkled skin and keep it for 20-30 minutes. Applying this paste under your eyes will lighten your dark circles too. You can also massage almond oil on your skin to reduce the aging affects.
